What rights to the pets a purchase and the subscription give.
1. Licensor

2. Buying a pet
- A perpetual right to the purchased base version of the pet: base reactions in our app and an export for Codex and ChatGPT.
- A purchase does not depend on the subscription and does not end when the subscription ends or is cancelled.
- “Forever” means a perpetual right to the purchased base version. It is not a promise that the server will run forever or that every future operating system will be supported. A pet already downloaded into the app works offline.

3. Subscription
- For the paid period: all subscription pets and extended reactions for any active pet, including purchased ones.
- When the paid period ends, one last selected pet stays with base reactions — only in our app, without an export. The next end of a subscription replaces it.

Built into the app; works without an account or payment.
