How to get a refund and what happens to pets after one.

1. Payments in US dollars

The seller is FastSpring (Merchant of Record). Refunds are made through FastSpring.

2. Payments in rubles

If that option is enabled, the seller is [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: Russian seller]. Refunds are made through YooKassa.

3. What happens after a refund

Purchase. After a full refund the pet is no longer purchased. If the same pet was bought in another order, it stays.
Subscription payment. A refunded paid period no longer gives access. A refund does not turn off auto-renewal: to stop the subscription from renewing, cancel it in your account (“Manage subscription”).
Partial refunds are reviewed by hand.
