Purchase and subscription

Prices are on the Pricing page. The free pet, agent connections, quiet mode and pause are free for everyone.

Purchase

• The pet is yours forever: base reactions in our app and an export for Codex and ChatGPT.
• You pay once; nothing more to pay.
• Purchases never depend on the subscription and are not lost when it ends or is cancelled.

“Forever” means a perpetual right to the purchased base version of the pet. A pet downloaded into the app keeps working offline. It is not a promise that the server will run forever or that every future operating system will be supported.

Subscription

• Unlocks all subscription pets and extended reactions for any active pet, including purchased ones.
• Renews automatically every month.
• A month of the subscription costs less than a purchase — on purpose. No minimum term, no penalties, no hidden fees.
• You choose the first pet before paying. While the subscription is active, you can switch to any other subscription pet.
• The subscription does not include the Codex and ChatGPT export — only a purchase does.

Which pet stays after the subscription

When the paid period ends, you keep one pet — the last one you selected — with base reactions. It works in our app; it has no export.

• If the last selected pet was a purchased or the free one, it is yours anyway — nothing extra stays.
• There is one slot: if you subscribe again and that subscription ends, the new last selected pet replaces the previous one.
• Purchased pets always stay.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: account → “Subscription” → “Manage subscription”. Cancelling only turns off auto-renewal: the paid period is kept, and everything works until it ends.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription stops at the end of the paid period. Once the payment goes through, it works again.

Can I buy a pet while subscribed

Yes. The purchase keeps the pet forever and unlocks the export.

Payment

FastSpring accepts payments in US dollars as the seller (Merchant of Record). The FastSpring payment page opens in a new tab: after paying, come back to the tab with your order — the status updates by itself. FastSpring emails you the receipt. A one-time purchase can also be paid with a Russian card in rubles if that option is shown at checkout; the subscription is in dollars only.
